ORDERING INFORMATION
Secure Shopping
Our online store is completely secure. All items shown on our website are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Due to occasional bolt shortages, available quantity on yardage is not guaranteed.
To shop, choose your item and quantity and add it to “Your Basket.” You are able to view your order at any time by clicking on the “Your Basket” button at the top right corner of each page.
Orders can be placed online through our secure shopping cart or by phone at (916) 684-8369.
NOTE: When entering your credit card informaton, please make sure the address entered matches the address where your credit card bill is sent. Incorrect billing addresses may cause a DECLINED credit card payment transaction.
For your convenience, you can “Create an Account” the first time you make a purchase. Please remember to keep your user id and password in a safe place for future reference. Your billing and shipping information will be saved, but you will need to enter your credit card information each time you order.
Paypal Purchases!
If you would like to pay for your purchase using Paypal, please visit our Etsy site, The Quilt Shoppe ... on Etsy. If we have not listed an item there yet, it's okay. Simply let us know what you want from either site (via direct email or convo) and we'll put together a reserved listing for you.
Sales Tax
All purchases by California residents, or shipped to a California address are subject to Sales Tax of 8.75%.
Payment Options
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
Paypal is available through our Etsy site (see note above).
We do not accept checks, money orders, American Express.
Return Policy
Cut yardage, sale items and copyrighted materials (books, patterns, CD/DVDs, etc.) may NOT be returned. Block-of-the-Month and Quilt Club membership fees are non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returns must be in their original condition and packaging and cannot have an odor to them (smoke, perfume, freshener, etc.) If an item is returned in non-saleable condition or has any odor, a refund will not be given. A 25% restocking fee is charged for all returns. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refund will be issued upon receipt of returned item.
We have a 30-day return policy. Please do not return goods without receiving a return confirmation number from us. If an item is returned without prior authorization, a refund or exchange will not be issued.
Errors or Damaged Merchandise
Please do not return damaged items or items received in error without receiving a return confirmation number from us. If an item is returned without prior authorization, a refund or exchange will NOT be issued.

NOTE: These charges are automatically calculated at checkout and are based on the ORIGINAL (before sale or discount) price of the product purchased. If, at the time of shipping, we are able to ship your order in a smaller package, a refund will be given and you will receive notification.

We have put together the following general guidelines for our international customers.
USPS Flat Rate Envelope:
- 5-6 Yards cotton fabric; or
- 2 jelly rolls; or
- 8 charm packs
NOTE: Charm packs & yardage can be combined. Example: 4 charm packs and 3 yards of fabric. Jelly rolls cannot be combined with fabric; however, 1 jelly roll and 4 charms will fit.
USPS Medium Flat Rate Box:
- 7-12 yards cotton fabric; or
- 2 bundles; or
- 6 jelly rolls;
- Lots of charm packs
- Combination orders
USPS Large Flat Rate Box:
- Any quantity that exceeds Flat Rate Box
NOTE:
1. Layer cakes can be shipped internationally; however, because of their size (10” x 10”) they will be folded to 5” x 10".
2. All orders are shipped the least expensive way possible. For example, if a customer orders 10 yards of fabric, in separate cuts, we would break it up and ship in two Flat Rate Envelopes.
3. International Orders exceeding $300.00 will receive a $16.00 credit towards total shipping cost.
